A game initiative becomes a studio foundation.

A&A Devs began in 2024 as a game development initiative. The initial goal was to create an educational experience around a specific historical period. During development, it became clear that the available material was not sufficient to support the intended depth.

Instead of abandoning the work, the team repurposed existing assets and shifted direction toward a new concept. This pivot led to the creation of Ultimate Success, a narrative-driven project combining elements of a visual novel with a business simulation system.

From NFC contact to restaurant control.

While finalizing the game, a real-world interaction sparked a new direction. Demonstrating an NFC-based contact card revealed a clear gap in how physical and digital interactions are handled in everyday environments. This moment led to the concept behind MesaFlow.

MesaFlow turns restaurant tables into direct digital access points. Customers engage through NFC or QR, while staff and management operate through structured control systems that reduce friction, improve flow, and introduce clearer operational logic.

Interactive systems and operational systems share the same logic.

A&A Devs is currently in an early but active stage of development. Ultimate Success has been released and tested with initial users. MesaFlow is under active development with functional systems in place and ongoing refinement.

The focus at this stage is on improving product quality, validating use cases, and preparing for broader deployment.

A portfolio of systems across different environments.

A&A Devs is being developed as a multi-product studio. Future work will continue to expand across software, interactive systems, and potentially hardware-based solutions. Artificial intelligence and advanced system design are expected to play a central role in upcoming iterations.
